• FOX - MEDIA PARTNERS REACHES 44.6 M UNIQUES IN LATIN AMERICA IN OCTOBER

.Fox - Media Partners reached nearly 45m uniques in Latin America and .Fox-Media Partners are growing month to month.
Additionally uniques percent increased 6%in the US Hispanic market, to 2.2m, when compared to previous month. In Latin America uniques increased 42% since its launch in August.
According to comScore's October 2007 figures, .Fox - Media Partners reached 8.2m uniques, or 73% of the Internet audience in Mexico, 11.4m or 67% in Brazil, 6m or 78% in Argentina, 4.1m or 76% in Chile and 2.1m or 73% in Colombia. The information comprises .Fox's own websites, plus over 400 publishers that have inventory resale agreements with DirectaClick (www.directaclick.com).
Commenting on the increase, Hector Costa, Managing Director of Ad Networks, Fox Latin America Channels, said "In just a few months, DirectaClick not only offers a wider reach among Hispanic and Portuguese-speaking audiences around the world than almost any other option available but also continues to expand its business oversees with the recent opening of activities in Spain and Italy."
DirectaClick is one of six online units housed under ".Fox", the Spanish- and Portuguese-language online ad group of Fox International Channels. The other ones are Integra.Fox (content publishing), InZearch.Fox (search marketing and SEO), Performa.Fox (contextual ad network), Affiliate.Fox (affiliate network) and Co-registration.Fox (lead-generation).

• Fox International Channels (FIC) has just acquired Digital Ventures, parent company of Directa Network, InZearch, Afiliados Hispanos and Performa Network.
Directa Network, the largest online ad network in Latin America, and ClickDiario (recently acquired by FIC) will turn into “DirectaClick.FOX”, offering a reach of more than 40 million users and more than 7 billion monthly impressions.With offices in Buenos Aires, Mexico, Guatemala, San Pablo and Madrid, DirectaClick will rely on the wide range of Fox International Channels sales network in Miami, Santiago, Bogotá and other markets as well as on its own content network with 35 sites such as mundofox. Natgeo.tv, utilisima.com, canalfx.tv, (among others).

In addition the Search Engine Marketing & Optimization (SEM & SEO) company of the group will become InZearch.Fox. The management team (Damián Voltes, Ariel Arrieta, Germán Herebia y Juan Carlos Göldy) will remain in their positions.
